The
Zambales Mountains are on the western side of
Luzon, in the
Philippines. The mountains separate Luzon's central
plain from the
China Sea">South
China Sea and extend out as the
Bataan Peninsula to the south, enclosing the
Manila Bay.
Mt. Pinatubo[?] is an active volcano in the mountain range and it erupted in 1991.
