Richard Attenborough

Richard Samuel Attenborough, Lord Attenborough (born August 29, 1923), is a British actor and director, and Chairman of RADA. He is also the elder brother of the broadcaster Sir David Attenborough.

• Oh! What A Lovely War (1969)
• A Bridge Too Far (1977)

• Cry Freedom (1987)
• In Love and War (1996).

As of 2003, Attenborough is the Chancellor of the University of Sussex. He was elected to the post on March 20, 1998, replacing the Duke of Richmond and Gordon.

He has been married to Sheila Sim since 1945 and has three children.
